Linda LeGarde Grover is a member of the Bois Forte Band of Ojibwe and professor emeritus of American Indian Studies at the University of Minnesota Duluth. She is author of fiction, poetry, research articles, newspaper columns and essays. Linda’s poetry collection The Sky Watched: Poems of Ojibwe Lives (University of Minnesota Press, 2022) has received the Red Mountain Press Editor’s Award and the Northeastern Minnesota Book Award for Poetry.
