Aimee Inglis is a citizen of the Osage Nation of mixed Scottish, German, and Osage ancestry, born and raised in Anaheim, California, near the Santa Ana (Wanaawna) river. She has worked in social movement nonprofits for housing and climate justice for fifteen years where she facilitated narrative, fundraising, and organizational strategy. She is currently an MFA student in Creative Writing, Poetry, at the Institute of American Indian Arts and Development & Grants Coordinator with Indigenous Nations Poets.
